Walk away with practical tips, new perspective, and a little more energy.
Meet Sherry Lachine
Broadmind Founder & Lead Facilitator
Everyone deserves a thriving, supportive workplace—and I’m here to help make it happen.
With 25+ years of experience spanning mental health, engineering, and business, I’ve equipped over 4,000 Canadians with tools to tackle workplace stress, anxiety, and trauma.
Starting my career as a military engineer, I later worked with veterans through Wounded Warriors, witnessing how mental health education transforms lives. This inspired me to complete a Master of Science in Applied Psychology and dedicate my career to making mental health training practical and accessible.
Now, as part of Broadmind Inc., I deliver engaging, evidence-based programs that empower workplaces to turn stress into strength and create spaces where everyone feels valued.

I really enjoyed the course as it was very well designed and delivered.
I could relate to many of the scenarios as we see them emerging in our workplace.
I think this is a much-needed discussion course.

Fantastic Instructor who provided personal scenarios in a welcoming environment.
The course was easy to follow along with and provided practical solutions to assisting an individual in a mental health situation.
I will easily be able to put these news skills to use in my everyday life.
- Jodi Foster

I enjoyed the interaction as well as the shares of true life events. It really brings a reality check to all of us as to why this is so important.
I would totally support this type of training annually for all Human Resources and Management Staff within our Company.
